This camera bag has two compartments separated by an internal zip-away divider. The lower compartment houses the removable camera cube and is accessed via the large front opening. The camera cube with it's padded interior and 6 internal dividers will keep your equipment stowed safe and sound on your travels.
The upper compartment, accessed via either the front zip or the roll top closure is perfect for every day items such as clothing, books, etc. Unzipping the internal divider transforms the Weekender Flight Bag from a camera bag to an everyday bag - perfect for college, work or those around town missions without your camera.
The camera cube is large enough to hold 1 body and up to 4 lenses, sound gear or drone.
What is Rugged Twill fabric?
Rugged Twill is a very dense, almost canvas type material made from cotton yarns. We've chosen this fabric because it's super tough and it looks great. It's the type of fabric that breaks in and softens with use over time, at first it will be a bit more stiff, but with use the material becomes slightly softer.
Does Rugged Twill fabric wear?
Yes it does, just like all fabric it wears over time, especially when used out in the field - we expect that. Just like a pair of hiking boots it will develop scuffs, nicks and scratches and this will show with age.
Is this bag waterproof?
We apply a water resistant coating to the Rugged Twill fabric. If the bag is closed up, your gear will stay dry in all but the most intense rain and snow.
Can I use this as an everyday bag?
Yes, just remove the camera cube and unzip the internal divider to transform the Weekender into an every day flight bag / messenger style bag.
Is the inside easy to clean?
Yes, the inside has a liner making it very easy to keep clean.
